The impact of alcohol on our lives is often under-estimated until we give ourselves the chance to step back and look in from the outside.

Working with me as your coach, you can transform your relationship with alcohol and, in doing so, your health, your stress levels and your relationships.

The What If programme is a six week programme where you can dig deep into your current drinking habits; how they serve you and how they hold you back.

We will agree a plan that works for where you are now and then, over the six weeks, help you move towards where you want to be.

The Programme

Each programme is individually tailored to maximise your success.

What to expect:-

– An initial 30 minute chat to confirm this is the right programme for you
– 90 minute kick off session to set goals and agree milestones
– 5 x 50 minute weekly sessions by zoom
– Whatsapp support as needed
– Information and tools to help you succeed
